These will submit automatic electricity readings for once an hour and once daily for gas. This information goes directly to the customer’s online account, allowing them to view and monitor energy usage. By understanding how much money they are spending on energy, we strongly believe that people can take control of how much energy they use and make significant savings to their monthly bills.
Changing over is uncomplicated – only complete our online application. We will take care of everything else and provide you with frequent updates on the status. There is no requirement to contact your current supplier.
In case you have a change of heart regarding switching energy suppliers within 7 days of form submission. We offer a 7 days cooling-off duration during which you can cancel your application with no penalty.
The process of transitioning your supply to us will take approximately 5 weeks to finalize. About a week before your new supply becomes active, we will send you an email to verify the start date.
Once you have become a customer, a nearby installer will reach out via phone to schedule a suitable appointment for installing your smart meters. Once the installation is done, you'll have the ability to monitor your energy consumption online. Until then, you can submit monthly readings online in order to obtain an accurate bill.
